The location of the hotel is great, as it is within walking distance of most of the tourist spots. it is very close to all places of interest and even the presidential palace. The rooms are quite comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the bathrooms, could be improved.

As a solo traveler, I loved the central location and the accommodating staff at this hotel. The comfortable bedroom with its large pillows and functional TV made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the availability of coffee, tea, kettle, and bottles of water in the room. The jacuzzi-equipped bathroom and exceptional toiletries added a touch of luxury. The upstairs spa was a great spot for relaxation, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely spectacular.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was in the center and within walking distance of key landmarks. The service was exceptional with room service, car and bicycle hire, and airport shuttle available. I was treated to a welcome drink and given tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with soundproofed rooms, air-conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, and a balcony. The lobby bar and restaurant offered special diet menus and delicious food, while the wellness center was a perfect place for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, although they should learn English for better service.

This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing drinks and snacks, and were even allowed to check in early. Our hotel room and bathroom were clean and pristine, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes from both Western and Asian cuisines, along with delectable desserts. The option to order a free fresh meal directly from the chef was a good touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as an extra charge for the sauna and steam room, a mediocre indoor pool, and a limited gym, our overall experience at Aristo Saigon was excellent. We were impressed by the caring and attentive staff, and we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Bathroom could use some refreshing. Possible variation in room decor.
